SHIPPING INFORMATION:

***NOTE*** - AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via Ground Delivery, and take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive.

***NOTE*** - WE CAN NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO ADDRESSES - WE MUST HAVE A STREET ADDRESS.

We ship via FedEx Ground.

Shipping Charges:

GROUND: $7.00 For First Item; $1.00 For Each Additional Item; $3.00 Surcharge For Alaska and Hawaii.

2ND DAY DELIVERY: We can ship via 2nd Day for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be calculated on a zip code to zip code and weight basis (we do not add any additional fees) and added to your invoice. If you would like to know your shipping charges ahead of time, please email a request for shipping charges to info@ranchwearunlimited.com along with your zip code and items you wish to order. Please note that 2nd Day shipping charges typically run around $20.00.

NOTE: If you spend $75.00 (pre-tax and post-discounts, if applicable), your ground shipping is free!!! (Exception - if you order an item that is out of stock, therefore it can not be shipped with your order, that item will not count towards the $75 purchase.)

***NOTE*** - SURCHARGE OF $3.00 APPLIED TO SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII.

We only charge tax for purchases within the state of Texas.

NOTE REGARDING CLOSEOUT MERCHANDISE:

Closeout items are subject to availability since quantities and sizes may be limited. You will be notified via email after your order is placed if the item you purchased is not available. Your credit card will not be charged until items are deemed in stock.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES:

If an order has not shipped, your order may be canceled by sending us an email at info@ranchwearunlimited.com.

If an order has been shipped, it MUST be returned following the RA guidelines listed below.

ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN R.A. NUMBER MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE CREDITED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT.

Customers wishing to return merchandise to Ranch Wear Unlimited must first contact us by email at info@ranchwearunlimited.com. to obtain a Return Authorization (RA)number. RA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 20 days of the ship date. Returns will be handled as follows:

NOTE: If you order a replacement item in a different size, no restocking fees will be charged unless the merchandise is damaged.

- Defective Merchandise: A credit will be issued for cost of item(s)or a replacement will be sent. Ranch Wear Unlimited will bear all additional shipping charges.

- New (Unopened) Merchandise: A credit will be issued for cost of item(s) minus a 20% restocking fee.* Shipping charges will not be credited.

- Used (Opened) Merchandise: A credit will be issued for cost of item(s) minus a 20% - 100% restocking fee.* Shipping charges will not be credited.

- Damaged merchandise or merchandise missing parts: Non-Returnable

ONCE THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED, AN APPROPRIATE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

***NOTE*** PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING DUE TO PLACING AN ORDER FOR $75 OR MORE, AND YOU ARE RETURNING ITEMS THAT TAKE YOU BELOW THE $75 THRESHOLD, YOU WILL BE CREDITED FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR ITEMS LESS THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING CHARGES.
